Ricci Land Welch is a resident of Manning, S.C., where she practices law with Land, Parker & Welch. Mrs. Welch graduated from the College of Charleston in 1992 with a B.S. in Psychology. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina in 1995. Mrs. Welch currently serves on several law related boards and committees, serves as the attorney for the Clarendon County Habitat for Humanity, and is the president of the Clarendon County Education Foundation. She served on the Lander University Board of Trustees from 2002-2010. Mrs. Welch is married to James Laurence Welch and they have two children, Anne Land and Jay.
