Audit and Governance

The role of the Audit and Governance Committee is one of oversight and it serves as the Board of Trustees' overall guardian of the College's financial integrity. With respect to such matters, the committee serves as the focal point of communications between the Board of Trustees, the Internal Auditor and external auditors. The President of the College of Charleston may advise and consult with the committee on any matter pertaining to the financial integrity of the College including, but not limited to, the internal and external auditing of the College’s operations, programs, and records of account.
